We are happy to announce that Human Rights House Tbilisi is implementing a new project for human rights defender’s Protection Program with the financial support of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tbilisi.
The project aims to strengthen and support Georgian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Turkish human rights defenders and activists in Georgia. The project provides financial support and shelter for human rights defenders from abroad. With the involvement of HRHT member organizations psychological and legal assistance, anti-burn activities, and psycho-social rehabilitation are also available for Georgian and human rights defenders from other countries.
We would like to inform you once again that Human Rights House Tbilisi is working remotely to take preventive measures against new Coronavirus. Therefore, we continue to consult beneficiaries in a remote mode and receive applications for future planning considering recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
