Since July 2020 Human Rights House Tbilisi (HRHT) has started the new project “COVID-19: Civil Society Resilience and Sustainability” in partnership with French-based organization IREX Europe, funded by the European Union.

The overall objective of the project is to foster the resilience and sustainability of civil society in six eastern partnership countries, including Georgia, as well as to mitigate the immediate and long-term impacts of Covid-19. The project strengthens civil society in several areas, providing emergency grants, psychosocial and legal support, technical support grants to strengthen CSOs digitalization, capacity development, core support to independent media, media campaign, advocacy, and awareness-raising.
